Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 supreme de poulet à 180 gr
  • 1 organic lemon (sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • sage
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 200 gr green beans

preheat the oven to 80°C.

heat 2 Tsp of oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot but not smoking. add the chicken and sear on all sides (about 4 min.)

place the the chicken on slices of lemon in a glass baking tray with some garlic and sage, salt and pepper. leave in the oven for about 55 minutes.

in the meantime scoop out of sweet potato as many balls as you can and steam them for about 5-7 minutes. blanche the green beans and mix them together with the potato pearls in 1 Tsp of olive oil, sage and salt and serve with the supreme de poulet.
