Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 200 g fresh salmon (sashimi quality)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/2 lime (juice)
  • 1/2 green hot chilli
  • 1 Tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tsp walnut oil
  • 2 Tsp soy sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • salt
  • chives
  • 1/4 tsp wasabi

thinly slice salmon lenghthwise into about 1/2 cm sheets and then cut them crosswise into 1/2 cm cubes. do the same thing with the avocado and place everything in a medium bowl.

squeeze in lime. pour in oil and soy sauce, add salt, chilli, the shallot and chives (thinly chopped), some sesame seeds and gently stir all together.

serve on a slice of cucumber.
