Ingredients for 4 people
- 7 dl pomegranate juice
- 250 g soft tofu
- 2 Tsp honey
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 2.5 cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- fresh pomegranate seeds
combine the pomegranate juice, tofu, honey, yogurt and ginger in a blender or food processor. purée until smooth.
refrigerate until chilled and served garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds.
