Ingredients for 4 people

  • 7 dl pomegranate juice
  • 250 g soft tofu
  • 2 Tsp honey
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 2.5 cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • fresh pomegranate seeds

combine the pomegranate juice, tofu, honey, yogurt and ginger in a blender or food processor. purรฉe until smooth.

refrigerate until chilled and served garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds.
