Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 Tsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • a handful of clams
  • a handful of mussels
  • a handful of shrimps/prawns
  • 1 large porcino, sliced
  • 2,5dl dry white wine
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • salt & pepper
  • parsley
  • 160g wholemeal penne

heat a pan on medium temperature, add a couple tablespoons olive oil and lightly fry your garlic clove cut into slices. add diced mushrooms and shortly sauté, then add your shrimps/prawns, clams and mussels and stir. wait til the prawns start turning white and the clams/mussels start opening and pour your wine in it.

add your diced tomatoes, a pinch of salt and black pepper and let simmer for 5 minutes.

add your cooked and drained pasta (al dente), mix well, add your parsley and serve immediately.
