Ingredients for 2 people

for the sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 60 g prosciutto serrano, thinly sliced
  • 1 dl prosecco (or dry white wine)
  • 8 broccoli florets
  • 1 handfull cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp pine nuts
  • salt & pepper
  • parsley

add olive oil and sliced garlic in a cold frying pan.  heat to high temperature without browning the garlic. add serrano and after about 1-2 minutes pour in the prosecco. leave it on high temperature for 2 more minutes then turn down the heat and add tomatoes, broccoli, salt and pepper. cover the pan and leave over medium temperature for about 10 minutes. add parsley at the very end and stir in the orecchiette cooked al dente.
