Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 large octopus
  • 3-4 Tsp olive oil, extra vergine
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 spring red onion, sliced
  • salt&pepper

put the octopus in a large stock pot filled with cold water, bring to boil and cook for 40 minutes. leave the octopus in the pot and let cool (this might take up to 2 hours).

when cool, take the octopus out, clean and slice. in a mixing bowl add all other ingredients, check your salt and serve on a slice of fresh salad.
