Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tsp olive oil
  • 2 courgettes
  • 16 tiger prawns
  • 1/2 dl prosecco (or dry white wine)
  • chili
  • parsley
  • fleur de sel
  • 1/4 lemon

grab your GEFU and start making your courgetti. 

pour oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until slightly golden. add your prawns and after about 1 minute pour in the prosecco. keep stiring.

add courgetti and mix everything together for about 2 minutes. add salt, chili and parsley and serve
