Ingredients for 4 cups

  • 750 g plain yogurt
  • 1 Tsp elderflower syrup
  • 2.5cm ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and ground
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground

place yogurt, elderflower syrup, cumin seeds, salt and sugar in a blender with 12 ice cubes and 2.25dl water and blend until smooth.

serve in a glass, sprinkled with black pepper.
